  12. It's too bad that fire fighters can't be held accountable as easily as police. Many fire fighters "get off" on causing more damage with the fire hose than what damage the fire itself caused. And often times serial arsonists turn out to be fire fighters or even fire chiefs. They get paid more when they're fighting a fire than when they're sitting on their butts in the station, so the financial incentive is to start fires.
