We believe that many of our rights and civil liberties as American citizens on American soil are at great risk and that a simple act of civil disobedience has the power to effect great change. While we have no interest or intention in breaking any law, we are willing to stand up for freedom and the constitution at any time and at any place and do so in a responsible and productive manner. It is our goal to create free and open discussion whenever possible in an effort to educate both ourselves and anyone with a desire to learn. A well known rule of government is that ignorance is no excuse for the law. It is our stand that we as Americans have been either uninformed or misinformed regarding our laws and rights for far too long. We are not attorneys or scholars, however we have been involved in professional photography for over 30 years and have had our rights and freedoms challenged more times than we can remember. No one group or person has the ability to effect change across the board, however we are committed to doing our part by continuing to stand up for our constitutional right to free press and the right to take photographs and video in public. All donations will be used exclusively to further this cause. Specifically, we  need to upgrade our computer, video editing software and purchase additional video gear. We want to thank you in advance for your support of what we do and want you to know that we are committed to working harder than ever to defend our rights, your rights and the Freedom to Film in Public!!

  1. i have a different opinion than most on this one. parking lines are there for a reason. the rack was clearly way over the line.{cause and effect} i feel as though the van was at fault and should have to pay her damages. i think the cop cited the wrong party, and that if you offered her a copy of the vidio or if she took photos of the scene her self that she stood a good chance in court of being found not guilty and saving the insurance hike you know is coming.

  2. The amount of rediculous traffic laws on this country is beyond comprehension. The goddamn country is run by a two party dictatorship. It's horrible the way we are treated for revenue. I'm leaving the country again. It gets worse every year.

  3. There are a few problems of license plate readers, among them:

    1. innocent automated mistastakes
    2. intentional automated mistakes in favor of the state
    3. automated ID is a crucial step to enable any related tyranny
    4. it's expensive

  4. People with plenty enough money to get multiple sets of new ties not wanting to take accountability for their actions.

  5. If you have nothing to hide then number plate recognition camera's do a good service to the wider community – i.e. by taking illegal and cars that should not be on the road. And 'in my humble opinion' that can only be a good thing…

  6. In my opinion… If a person hits something that’s not even moving, it's kinda their fault.
All of us make booboo's… We just hope, we've learned enough from the little ones…

  7. Watching from the UK…. I would say it was entirely the woman’s fault. Bad driving. Poor spatial awareness. She hit the van. Not the van hitting her. She must be blind not to see how it’s parked. No sympathy it’s entirely her responsibility/ fault.

Great content …..keep exercising those constitutional muscles 💪👏👏🙏🎅

  8. How is it a warrantless search to run your plate? Do you own the plate or does the state own it? Is your license information public record?

  9. I admit I’ve grown to like this channel you by far better then rest you at least are nice on things

  10. Women are bad drivers because 1 – too emotional 2 – dont care to learn rules regularions physics, proper driving techniques or common courtesy 3 – feel entitled

  11. I wish it was 40 years ago…They would take off their badges and kick the shit out of you.. Christ I'm 4 state away and I'm thinking about driving over to personally kick the shit out of you.

  12. Last couple videos I watched I don’t like and I have seen police take photos I don’t understand why there not taking photos to be proven in court

  13. people are so extra.. of course she has her little porsche and thinks shes special. Why cant you just let these guys work and not fuck with them.. LIke really dude the rack was barely hanging over.. if i was that cop i would have laughed in her face and told her to get a hobby.. This is the same thing as someone getting hit by someone because they had the "right of way"… like yea but you still got hit, so did you win?

  14. I started binging on audits about 3 months ago and I've seen almost every auditors YouTube channel. Overall, you are the most effective. Really knowledgeable of your rights, respectful of law enforcement when they are respectful of you and the 1st amendment.imagine if everyone did an audit . It keeps everyone accountable. Great job man. -from Nor Cal (1 mile from Folsom Prison)

  15. Ouch. You called that one wrong. Driving rule one: point the car real careful-like so you don’t hit stationary objects in plain view, like arcane glazers trucks that were sitting there when you hopped behind the wheel.

  16. Plate readers=USA unfortunately becoming more "brown-shirted" every day. Imo, the glass truck driver/company is liable for the damages to that woman's car. She otherwise,( to avoid not hitting that object protruding from the side of the truck had she seen it), would have had to have partially traveled into the next lane to her left to avoid hitting it, thus causing more accidents. What say you?
