  1. While I agree with the 2nd Amendment is in place to help defend the 1st Amendment, the 2nd Amendment was put in place over 240+ years ago for flint pistols and rifles.  The 2nd Amendment needs to be worked on because of firearms today and I do not believe that the founding fathers had automatic and semi-automatic weapons in mind when they wrote this article of the Constitution.

To defend yourself, I think pistols are ok, hunting rifles are ok, shotguns are ok to defend one's self.  But for weapons that were built for war, you should have a special training, and their needs to be better training courses to teach about gun safety and gun responsibility.

If you look at Sweden, before owning a gun, they have specialized training courses that are much longer and more involved that our training courses that teach how to be a responsible gun owner.  Also the laws there are set to where people with mental disabilities cannot own a gun, while in our country, Trump just rescinded the laws for the mentally unstable to where they can own a gun.

As to how this needs to be done, we have smarter people than just myself, I'm not a gun expert, but I do believe that the 2nd Amendment does need to have some work done on it in order to better fix the problems that we face today.

  2. Absolutely i do, but Cops are more cowardly than ever when they know the other person can defend themselves with a weapon.. Just be careful.

  3. As a fellow Douglas County Coloradan, I say HELL YES!!!! They have a very entitled brand of tyrant here in our state and I for one am damn glad your here friend… Btw I've been following your work since the first video, your by far the best auditor out there… I'll give NNH and JF 2nd and 3rd respectively!!!

  4. it goes with out saying … We had better stand one &_all for the 2nd amendment if you truly love America, before it's too late !

  5. As far as your channel goes, your goal is to support the constitutional rights as they were laid down, First, Second Fourth, Amendment, etc, so I say it’s all fair game. Being Canadian, our gun culture is different. I’m unsure we have any open carry provinces. I can honestly say that aside from law enforcement And military I have never seen a citizen open carry and I’m 58. My brother is a Border Security Agent and wears a gun while at work. He locks it up at work when he leaves. I’ve never held a gun or hunted. My father never did either so it wasn’t part of our upbringing. I see the request of no open carry in those stores as an appeasement request for customer comfort sake. However, until the assault weapon/ mass shooting issue is somehow resolved in the US. I’d rather see the sane responsible open carry guy like you at Target, who could likely take action to defend me and others in that moment of insanity, than not. Defend away. I don’t believe anyone wants to see responsible gun owners stripped of their side arm weapons or recreational hunting rifles. The Assault weapons whose only purpose is to kill people rapidly and in high volume are the bigger issue. It’s going to take some tough discussions to address. BTW. You should have shown the shot results at the end of the video, you looked pretty accurate! Carry on!

  6. I've had it with all these corps deciding they won't allow open carry in their stores. So, we are protected from infringements by the government (somewhat) just to be infringed upon by a bunch of huge soulless companies who care more about greasing the squeaky wheel than the deaths that will inevitably result? Yes I think it's time to drastically ramp up 2A audits in all areas. We don't have open carry in my state but I would support this any way I could.

  7. One more thing about gun control. Gun registration always 100% of the time ends up with gun confiscation. This is in the bill which is being done in S-2249. https://www.congress.gov/bill/116th-congress/senate-bill/2449/text
This is what happens after weapons are confiscated and a population is disarmed.
Here’s a history of what happens after governments have disarmed their citizens:
    A LITTLE GUN CONTROL HISTORY-
In 1911, Turkey established gun control. From 1915 to 1917, 1.5 million Armenians, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.
In 1929, the Soviet Union established gun control. From 1929 to 1953, about 20 million dissidents, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.
Germany established gun control in 1938 and from 1939 to 1945, a total of 13 million people who were unable to defend themselves were rounded up and exterminated.
China established gun control in 1935. From 1948 to 1952, 20 million political dissidents, unable to defend themselves were rounded up and exterminated.
Guatemala established gun control in 1964. From 1964 to 1981, 100,000 Mayan Indians, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.
Uganda established gun control in 1970. From 1971 to 1979, 300,000 Christians, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.
Cambodia established gun control in 1956. From 1975 to 1977, one million educated people, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.
    1970 – Uganda disarmed it’s citizens, and between 1971 – 1979 they murdered 300,000 Christians
56 million defenseless people rounded up and exterminated in the 20th Century because of gun control:
You won't see this data on the US evening news, or hear politicians disseminating this information.
Guns in the hands of honest citizens save lives and property and, yes, gun-control laws adversely affect only the law-abiding citizens.
Take note my fellow Americans, before it's too late!
With guns, we are "citizens". Without them, we are "slaves".
During WWII the Japanese decided not to invade America because they knew most Americans were ARMED!

  8. The 2nd amendment was put in place after a long and costly war with the tyrannical English crown called England. They tried again in 1815 but again we sent them running back home. The fathers knew how corrupt governments are when evil power hungry men rise to power. The weapons we collect are NOT for hunting or sport shooting or self defense, even tho we use them for all of that. NO, the weapons we have are to protect our/your rights, freedom and liberty from a out of control government that will take our rights, freedom and liberty if we let them.

As Thomas Jefferson once said "The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants."
So you have to ask yourself, in the grand scheme of things, why the focus on guns? It's pretty simple.: Taking away guns gives control to governments.
The founders of this nation knew that regardless of the form of government, those in power may become corrupt and seek to rule as the British did by trying to disarm the populace of the colonies. It is not difficult to understand that a disarmed populace is a controlled populace.
Thus, the second amendment was proudly and boldly included in the U.S. Constitution. It must be preserved at all costs.
So the next time someone tries to tell you that gun control is about saving lives, look at these facts and remember these words from Noah Webster: "Before a standing army can rule, the people must be disarmed, as they are in almost every kingdom in Europe. The supreme power in America cannot enforce unjust laws by the sword, because the whole body of the people are armed and constitute a force superior to any band of regular troops that can be, on any pretense, raised in the United States. A military force at the command of Congress can execute no laws, but such as the people perceive to be just and constitutional; for they will possess the power."
Remember, when it comes to "gun control," the important word is “control," not “gun."

  9. If we lose the 2nd amendment we’ve officially lost the country without a fight.
Everyone’s too much a self-serving social media goon/money-whore/tv zombie/modern day work slave/spineless indoctrinated brainwashed simpleton to be concerned with the 2nd amendment.
    You get what you deserve.

  10. If the low lifes in DC think we're going to just roll over and give up the 2nd amendment, I hope they come well armed, cause the 200,000,000 million law abiding citizens who own and carry aint goin to let the 2nd amendment go down without a fight!!!

  11. Of course YES! To be truly free a society must be armed. If you track back thought history, every Dictatorship/Communist cabal has mandated those under its rule give up their guns.

  12. "The constitutions of most of our States assert, that all power is inherent in the people…that it is their right and duty to be at all times armed.” Thomas Jefferson

  13. Yes please!! I've learned so much from your 1st Amendment work and would love to see your professionalism, wit and knowledge applied to the 2nd Amendment.
