I would say THAT tells us everything we need to know about this officer, that is an officer who needs to be recorded nonstop… it sounds like he didn't learn so much about not violating peoples rights, it sounds more like he was trained on new strategies on how to arrest them with a different tactic…

28. I interpreted the mention of your last name as an attempt to intimidate you. I just saw something in Texas about the police using a data base to research an activist. The FBI is now investigating the illegal searches for information. It be interesting to see if you can request public records on who's been looking you up. You ROCK!!! So does TZ. 31. I'd say this is something to be concerned about. It means that someone has looked you up unlawfully and they're going around at the station using your actual name. If they had no intention of some kind of retribution then "Laura shark" would be fine.
    This guy slipped up I think. He wasnt supposed to say your last name but its such common practice that he just forgot in the moment.
