Why don't these guys have bodycams? It will saved that one cop from needing to take pictures or video. CHP spends so much money on police salaries – use a bit of that bodycams.
At about 13:00, when the officer was maneuvering his car to point the dash cam at you, you could just walk back so that you were next to the car and not visible through the dash cam at all! He did not have enough room to go back much farther.

I'm more interested in the license plates that they display On their motor vehicles as exempt exempt to what ? It's my understanding by law that a motor vehicle and it's driver used to make revenue or personal gain be properly licensed. Makes you wonder doesn't it. Seems to me like there's a two bladed side sword that separates the Masters of the universe and the people.
Making that turn with you anywhere in the crosswalk is a crime. And the other cop even filmed it.
They used to run stings in my old town all the time and bust people for taking a right on a 5 lane road when they were already hitting the sidewalk all the way to the left.

I find it strange that these police officers are the same all over the world saying that your on private property when they know full well that your not. But seeing that all police stations are paid by the public in taxes. So they are not private property, but restricted areas

In this situation, I would love to see these guys go up to a random parked car and start sitting stuff down (as if getting in car). Then, glance at spying cop, pick stuff up and start walking. Cop will be sure it's their car and start running plates, vin etc. Meanwhile guys ease away, wasting cops time.
