March 17th, 2015 – Officer Shaw of LAPD singles out this woman for some reason and stops her for supposedly riding a bicycle on the board walk. Instead of simply writing her a ticket, Officer Shaw arrests her for “talking back to him”

There was a cop named shaw that was killed a while ago. I hope it was him. Anyone with an ailment like terminal cancer should make the world a better place by taking these guys with them. Or at least wound them off the force for good. Â These guys feed off the hate they breed and need to go.

I was in jail in Pierce Co. Nebraska when they brought in a kid in for a warrant in another county who had asthma. He did not have his inhaler. He had a mild attack in the morning and rather than take him to a doctor and pay the bill they let him out. Yep, they let him out. Must have been a minor warrant. I think I was in for contempt. Again.
commander will tell this waste case that he needs to get higher priced tickets, but "half a loaf is better than none". damn, what a fucked up job to have.
If she really has epilepsy, and they really don't give meds in jail, what's gonna happen if she has a grand mal seizure? Â That's scary, cause just think what's next – a diabetic without insulin, a heart patient without life-saving meds?

This woman was wearing a westsuit because she had just been swimming in the ocean. While trying to ride her bike home Officer Shaw confronted her and said she kept riding her bike even after he told her to stop riding. You can see in the video that Shaw immediately started going through her back pack even though she told him not to.
