This incident happened earlier today somewhere in Harlem….This VIDEO was sent in through Copwatch Patrol Unit Website and we are still getting details slowly about who, where, and why this Officer acted crazy and pulled his gun out on someone who was just recording his friend being choked by this Officer…As soon as we get the full details of what officers were involved and what Pct, we will Update this Video…..
