  1. A bully always seeks the weak and/or vulnerable. Police force attracts bullies more than priesthood attracts pedophiles and perves

  2. You know what LAPD stands for LAME ASS POLICE DEPARTMENT because they are fucking losers who are to pussy to go after those of us who know the law and know our rights and won't hesitate to put a fucking boot in their dumbass

  3. You don't like it, stop paying taxes. Yes the cost is well worth it to the taxpayer that wants homeless people off the streets. This is how I know that there is no difference between right wing, and left wing politics.

  4. Drunk homeless people is a smite on a city you moron. Its called the broken windows theory. You need to try n clean up your streets moron

  5. obviously these poor soals are just meat for the grinder they are used to keep numbers up and get more money from the taxpayer. rich kids
pay the fines and ultimately are getting off cheap. the homeless wind up with warrents and get caged with no help from the public pretender

  6. College students and tourist are left alone because they spend money and the business owners want them to feel welcome. Open container laws are passed to harass homeless people and generate revenue. The Mayor and City Council are under pressure to "Do Something" about the homeless people. If I was homeless I would live at Venice Beach or any resort beach town. Weather is nice and tourist feel bad and give money to help. But when you go on vacation with your family are you choosing the beach with or without the homeless. I just watched a Ricky video of an arrest of a homeless person for a warrant for unpaid open container ticket. See how it works, one less homeless person on the beach. The cops know homeless cant pay or even get to the court, that is the plan. Write the ticket, wait for a warrant and remove the homeless. And if you are willing to do this job you get to be a Police Officer on a resort Beach.

  7. I hate people that don't know the story of each homeless person on how they got to that point. I used to be oblivious like the rest of the world but little by little I'll help as much as I can. I rather give a dollar and help them buy their addiction than rather seeing them steal for it

  8. Good video. It goes beyond selective enforcement. I would bet the homeless are often set up and given the booze by the cops or others who want them gone. The guy in the vid with the pink backpack looks like an undercover. At the same time, The homeless share some responsibility in their circumstance. Some of these people have just given up entirely. I don't think society should just let addicts rot on the beachfront like zombies. I'm curious what your take is ONUS. Do you think Venice has a homeless "problem", and if so, what's a better way of going about it?

  9. I also think that was a different situation. Because they were not on the boardwalk. They were in front of a house with just them out there. That could have been a discretion issue to not write a citation.

  10. Business owners lose money because tourist and visitors don't want to go down there anymore. These people don't want to help themselves and continue to lay out on the concrete getting shit faced when they know it's illegal. They beg for money to support their alcohol and drug habit and are just a big fucking eye sore to everyone that comes down there. what is your solution?
