10. Good Star For the officer, as per his procedures he cuffed him.. but he did the adjustment and his informal summary at the end was was great for understanding-transparency.

12. This is pretty basic police work…this type of stuff happens more often than not, it's just common procedure, nothing special. Good investigative work.

15. I'll tread un-lightly by saying that guy should have been arrested regardless of any claims of wrong doing. He was on something….Isn't public intoxication grounds enough? (i never saw a field test done… ya ya ya…..)

In my opinion the LAPD officers Smith and O'Connor handled with incident well.  The officers didn't interfere or obstruct my right to film in any way.  Also, Officer Smith was transparent in providing a statement after the incident was over.  This is important for free press and accurate reporting.
