  2. If drugs were legal, there would be fewer O.D.s from unknown potency/purity, drug cartels would go bust, imprisonments would drop, burglaries would drop, tax revenue would go up, in short we would all be better off, not perfect, but better off. unless you feed off the drug war.

  5. Passed out and you get a trip to the hospital. Barely able to walk and they take you to jail for public intox. Better to overdose and you stay out of jail.
