6. You probably have a point but on the other hand I have concern for you . Most people who have common sense are staying home at night . Not riding around on their bikes or in their cars all hours of the night harassing law enforcement fire department. They’re doing the best they can . I will go to step farther . They are doing an excellent job Because they save my life police officers were first responders who started CPR on me and then the fire department came and got to the hospital first so shame on you for harassing them so I recommend you stay home get a good nights sleep and go get a job you’ll never know when you do any law-enforcement or Fire department

12. I told you.. Its the chain of blame, more important than the chain of command. Until there are consequences they're not going to do it. I'm guessing whatever police chief he's talking about has already said to wear masks but until you start docking pay and putting entries in disciplinary records, nothing will happen.

    This isnt terribly relevant but it could show you where the patrol officers are coming from (again, incompetence), two things. One: under IL law its illegal to carry a firearm for hunting or with a CCL or as security and to wear a mask "for the purposes of concealing your identity" at the same time. Its a felony. Two: during OIF, some theater commander forbid the use of Bradley fighting vehicles and M113's (armored personnel carriers) because they were concerned that it "looked too scary" to the Iraqi citizens. Many of the US dead during that portion of the Iraq war are dead because of that spineless decision by someone higher up.

23. Sounds to me like they think they're above the law. Most cities have a phone app to report crimes/accidents/etc. At least in Tampa, those create an official record. Maybe try that.

43. Funny, we don't wear Masks to combat 1.5 Million deaths due to Tuberculosis each year. Highly contagious by air/proximity.
