The #NYPD tells the media that they had stopped the unconstitutional search of people of color (Stop & Frisk) on the street, and as well when pulling over vehicles…First of all, if this was a traffic stop, then why did all occupants get search without consent? and why didn’t the driver receive any summons? BASICALLY, this is another form of Stop & Frisk, as CPU calls this “Stop & Frisk on Wheels” it is the same context, but in vehicles…These officers did not have propable cause to stop and search this vehicle & the occupants…..
