CPU obtained another video, from an incident that happened in the #Bronx where Officer Ortiz, Badge #7862 from the 46Pct is caught punching a guy twice while his partner holds him down on the ground, splitting the guys eye open and also his partner placing him in an Illegal chokehold which is against #NYPD Department Policy….Officer Ortiz should be fired and charged with Assualt…..
