Copwatch Patrol Unit (CPU) is investigating this incident. CPU will release the names of those officers involved at a later time. These officers did not follow proper procedures and according to witnesses the female officer instigated the incident. CPU is gathering Intel on this incident. CPU is listening to the 911 call and the 10-13 call that lead this officers to the location of the incident.
Inspector Phillip Rivera knows that his officers are abusing their power and does nothing to stop it. He as responsible as these officers that are breaking the law and Rivers will be held accountable for sitting back and doing nothing.
