It is very hard for any person of color to drive in #Harlem without being unlawfully pulled over and checked for warrants….Minority motorists continue to be stopped for no reason, while officers fish for an arrest, hoping that whoever they had pulled over pops with a warrant…NOONE should be pulled over, unless hey have violated the rules of the road, as you can see in this video that officers pulled this vehicle over with 3 Black occupants and demanded ID, In which no summons was written, only a background check..This is “Stop & Frisk” on wheels, no different than stopping someone on the street unjustified…..
