These cops don't protect and serve, they harass and arrest innocent people. I have a lot of respect for most police departments but, no Torrance. Torrance PD has failed our city massively.

28. My limited experience with all 1st responders is that they are focused on "process and procedures." They love to debate amoung themselves the inane and subtle details of what they remember from their limited training on their department's procedures manual.
