11. I don't know how cops do their job. They have the patience of jobe, but under no circumstances should a law enforcement officer ever allow a suspect to spit on them or touch them in any way. That's bad policing. It's also bad policing to use force on a dementia afflicted elderly person unless the cop's health and safety are at risk, but if you don't enforce discipline with out of control criminals the entire system breaks down and puts everyone at risk.
