14. It was the right house, do some research. In order for a no knock warrant to occur there has to be significant amount of evidence with surety that a crime has occurred. Her name was even on the warrant along with the residence. They had video of dudes leaving the house with packages. Not saying she was involved, but she had to have known her place was used for drug packages. Without a doubt officers acted recklessly though just blind shooting

What I want to know is how did the police receive her as a threat if she was sleep and the boyfriend not a threat and he actually let off a shot lets me know that they came in guns blazing and the boyfriend shot out of reaction… Which brings me to my other point.. We always talk about the cop feeling as if his life was in danger and that justifies deadly force but especially now as a black man what was he supposed to feel even if he knew they were cops.. They're kicking down your door in plain clothes and armed… We feel as if our life is in danger…

19. There is a way to stop all the protests going on in America. It is essential to stop the civil unrest for a host of reasons (unfairness, the pandemic, etc.). If American wants to get back to work—these protests must stop. For these protests to stop—the killing must stop. So how do we get this done? Work agreements. We sign work agreements that nullify some of our rights, don't we? Make the police do the same. The protestors need to focus like a laser on Qualified immunity (QI). QI is why police get away with killing citizens. All American mayors need to draft a work agreement that nullifies police officers of their QI and have them agree not to use deadly force unless threatened. And if they do kill, and deemed not threatened—they will be immediately fired and charged accordingly. Good cops won't mind signing such an agreement. The transparent use of a simple work agreement is the solution to police brutality in America
