NYPD Officers are paid to enforce the Law, not break them….Officers are held to follow the same Laws and Traffic Laws just like any other citizen, but in justifiable cases as like being on duty and responding to calls are given latitude and are justified, however, in this case, Off Duty Anti-Crime Unit Officer Febres #8339 from the 23Pct clearly violated a traffic law driving his own personal vehicle by running a red light on 122 Street, 2nd Ave, putting the lives of other motorists at risk, however, being that he flashed his NYPD Badge, he was able to wiggle out of a very dangerous move he made on the road….OFFICERS ARENT ABOVE THE LAW POLICE COMMISSIONER JAMES P.
