Everyday Our youths are targeted by the NYPD…Everytime a call comes over the Dispatch of a “Black Male” every young black male in the vincinity of any officer is a target and are subjected to harassment and possibly jailed for no reason than being at the wrong place at the wrong time while black in a community where the majority is WHITE…These Officers had these kids crying, and this will eventually affect them and the way they think about Law Enforcement in the future….
