Might want to brush up on those laws. I'm a veteran and if you were filming around me while i was in the facility I'd press charges due to my expectation of privacy. (by definition this could be considered a form of journalism, and you should know by now that filming within certain federal facilities is prohibited.

We receive our rights from God, and this is a very important point to understand. If our rights came from the men who founded the United States, then men can take away our rights. Since our rights came from God, no man can take away our rights. Our rights have not been granted to us in the Constitution, they are guaranteed to us in the Constitution. This is the definition of inalienable.
