This Black woman was asking for people that were leaving the train station for a MetroCard Swipe to get on the Subway to get home…Someone called police on her and when officers showed up, they detained her and called the ambulance to title her an EDP, When in fact, she was only trying to get on the Subway..She pleads with the officer that she doesn’t need to go to the hospital, all she wanted was to get home….This woman appears to be fully sane and in control of herself with no need to be transported to the hospital for a Psychological Examination, however, Officers detained her against her will illegally…There was no need for police, in which it isn’t illegal to ask for a MetroCard Swipe. There wasn’t no reason for police to stop this woman PERIOD!
