CPU came across officers from PSA5 following and harassing a non-violent EDP on her way home from the store…Officers are routinely going around and stopping any person that seems to have some visible sight of an emotional issue, and they harass them to trigger a attitude because of that issue and then they immediately detain and then call an ambulance for them, just to be released 30 minutes later back onto the street…what this does is give the officer his or her quota mark and keeps the wheels greased where the City makes money…However, CPU was at the scene and prevented this woman from being kidnapped by the NYPD…..
