#NYPD Officers are out of control in all borough’s…The level of policing for minor infractions such as littering is being enforced at very high levels against people of color in minority areas as seen in recent videos coming out of the following Pct’s such as the 44Pct, 46Pct, 41Pct, 73Pct, PSA3, 7, 6 and 5, and all other Pct’s are following suit…CPU will continue to expose all these officers and write them up accordingly…..
