Can you update us on what happened afterwards ?
Doesn't it have to be the scene of a crime to be a crime scene, the traffic stop may have occurred there but the traffic offence almost certainly didn't, so if the scene needed to be preserved then wouldn't the crime scene be before where the stop occurred, like where the traffic offence actually happened, or were they just getting ready to preserve the evidence of they crime they were about to commit.
