1. In California a government agency has 10 days to respond in writing to a public records request.  The agency must either provide the records at that time or ask for a 14 day extension or provide in writing that they aren't providing the records and list the specific CA code that exempts the records.
   I received a 14 day extension letter and then never heard from the city ever again.  After 1 year the city of Redondo Beach hasn't provided any records that I requested.

30. Thanks for posting the video. I got to tell you you're way too patient. You should have filed a lawsuit a long time ago. It's obvious that government doesn't give a s*** about us little people. Make them follow the law! File a lawsuit! You can do it without an attorney. Until we start making them accountable they don't care!
