NYPD Officers from the 71Pct continue to unlawfully arrest civilians on the street, and in this case, these officers were aggressive when arresting this brother for apparently no reason, as you can hear the Civilians tell these officers that their own Sgt was telling them to release him, however, those Commands fell on deaf ears…You can also see Officers assaulting people on the street that were recording the incident on their cellphones which is a violation of their 1st Amendment Rights to record police activity…..
