   In other words, he can issue citations for things that DIDN'T occur?

17. I remember this. My sister lives near Kingston and told me about it. We both agreed that Dad told us to shut your mouth if you get pulled over. In my youth there were many times I should have been ticketed but for that advice. Thanks, Dad!

18. In her defense she couldn't hear his explaination, but of course it was because she wouldn't shut the hell up for two seconds, so that's really not a positive for her. 😂

34. This was a terrible attempt at trying to get out of a ticket. Like honestly this is so bad it makes me wish she was thrown in jail.

36. Next time you have an audio track like that to work with. You might be able to do something about it using Audacity (which if you don't already know is a free sound engineering program). Takes about 30 minutes to learn how to remove background noise and boost vocals on it. You can rescue otherwise near useless audio tracks like that. Or at least make them more tolerable. I wouldn't think that you personally would have the time. But I suspect that you have your kid lassoed into video editing or could do. If so maybe but a bug in his ear about it.

38. Why freak out and try to fight a cop who is helping you save money and points by giving you a lesser ticket? Forgot to get my registration updated once. Cop pulled me over because it had expired the week earlier. As I wasn't a douche, and realized I made a boo boo, mr. cop wrote up a ticket for failing to provide proof of insurance and registration instead. This resulted in a significantly lower fine, and not having my vehicle towed. As I graciously accepted his kind gesture, I went on my way with my car still, and now my face isn't plastered on YouTube looking like an asshat melting down over nothing. Look at that……

40. bruh 13 over? I'd be HEATED if they tried to get me with that, tbh speeding shouldn't apply until 15+ over except in school/construction zones, because 99% of the time going 15 over is completely safe.
