Everyday, officers from the #NYPD target, summons Homeless Street vendors that sell stuff they either find in the garbage, or stuff that were donated to them….These homeless vendors have been here for years on 104 Street, between 3rd & 2nd Avenues, plus as far back as I remember, the police has never summoned them or harass them either….Poor people are trying to make a decent dollar without resorting to crime, but the NYPD continue to take away the last resort these brothers & sisters have to make money to eat and live under minimal conditions……#copwatchpatrolunit #copwatchnyc #copwatch
