The NYPD’s Anti-Crime Unit in New York City continue to target youths in all NYCHA Housing Projects…CPU caught these officers plotting to unlawfully target, stop & search these youths, however, CPU was there to record & document any future activity these officers may do against these young kids who were just sitting at a bench talking with friends, which isn’t a crime & no reason to violate them……#nypd #copwatchpatrolunit
