CPU Copwatch Patrol Unit has been getting many complaints from civilians who live at the projects on Avenue D about PSA4 Anti-Crime Unit officers harassing citizens who live in the projects, people who are just hanging out in front of their building, or at the benches where residents sit to enjoy the evening, however, CPU has tracked them from thier Pct to the time they stopped thier van and jumped out to head into the projects to violate people’s 4th Amendment Rights, however, CPU was on thier tail and disrupted thier attempts to harass citizens who are just enjoying the night, they turned around and left the projects, jumped into thier van and left. CPU will be spending the next 3 months in that affected area, we will continue to document these officers vigorously and we are ready for any type of resistance from the NYPD. #nypd
