When I was stationed on Okinawa, and a typhoon was suppose to hit on a weekday, I swear some staff NCO would stand out on the shore and chew it out so bad, that it waited until the weekend liberty to hit. They always hit on the weekend, even when the news said it was suppose to hit on a Monday.
