Cop Politely Asks Something He Shouldn’t… So I Politely Ask Something I Shouldn’t

James Freeman does First Amendment Audits, Cop Watch, cop block, asking cops the same questions they ask us, and more. With Live PD and Cops being cancelled, James Freeman is now doing LIVE COP WATCHES, which are actually live, and don’t have the “cops can do no wrong” bias. Sometimes it’s serious, sometimes it’s light and humorous.

He asked that we not record public matters for privacy reasons. There’s no expectation of privacy in public, and everything a cop is doing to someone should always be on public display. I returned his “polite question” with a “polite question” of my own.

  1. Exactly why tiny, unnoticeable cameras are best. They change when they know the camera is there. We need to know how they behave when they don't know.

  2. You come off as an antagonist and disrespectful. Your tactics consist of complaining and doing nothing to fix the root of the problem.. you should be teaching these people not enticing them. Thanks and keep it up👍🏻

  3. Why don’t the people in the properties just say I don’t want them trespassed because they aren’t doing anything wrong with the cameras, they are keeping us the public safe.

  4. Technically a "vulgarity" is something sexually explicit. That's why you "can" day fuck the police" but you cannot say "I would love to fuck the police" one is a request that the police should find themselves in a perilous situation as in, "now you're fucked".
The second is implying you would enjoy intercourse and hence, "vulgar".
So take my meaning both sarcastically and literally. In some municipalities, a vulgarity in public is not protected by a fancy old piece of parchment.

  5. I grew up with an incredibly abusive dad.. he use to tell me when I was a kid " I'm in his buffer zone, stay out of his direct eye sight".. that cop reminds me of my abusive father lol

  6. Once police have the authority to "protect" detainees by preventing photography, they have the authority to "disappear" detainees. Their police reports are public record, and if the detainee is booked, their mugshot and any charges filed becomes public record. This information is public record explicitly so that we the people can know who is in the custody of the government and why.

  7. Statute 66.6 Subsection A (Misdemeanor Buffer Zone Violation)

Definition of Buffer Zone: Invisible but highly sensitive Forcefield generated by Police Ego’s, also generated by Police Intent on ensuring their work goes un-monitored by all outside forces, lastly generated by Police with poor understanding of the law and how it actually applies to them too. The field is generally unstable and almost always grows bigger as they commit more questionable acts; thus there is no way to measure this in the field, without sensitive calibrated meters.

This violation will generate the Police having to put their hand or entire body in the line of sight of the BZV (Buffer Zone Violator)’s camera. Or shine a light into the lens of the camera to make it ineffective in its intent to document the Police. Intimidation tactics will consist of walking aggressively towards the auditor but stops short of forcing them to walk backwards. Often accompanied by menacing looks and threats of incarceration.

Subsection B (Felony Buffer Zone Violation)

Definition of Buffer Zone: Invisible but highly sensitive Forcefield generated by Police Ego’s, also generated by Police Intent on ensuring their work goes un-monitored by all outside forces, lastly generated by Police with poor understanding of the law and how it actually applies to them too. The field is generally unstable and almost always grows bigger as they commit more questionable acts; thus there is no way to measure this in the field, without sensitive calibrated meters. A felony Buffer Zone generates immediate response from the Police because the electrical charge generated by the buffer zone detection equipment; it actually generates an electrical charge directly to the sphincter of the BZE (Buffer Zone Enforcers); thus causing the well-known condition “Butt Hurt”.

This violation will generate one or more Police Officers to begin aggressively walking towards the BZV (Buffer Zone Violator), they will force contact with the BZV in the anticipation that the BZV will not back up quick enough to avoid contact with the BZE (Buffer Zone Enforcer). Upon said contact; this will immediately generate an out of proportion/illegal response from the BZE, tazer’s and possibly lethal force is authorized for the BZE to utilize. This is completely up to the BZE and what he/she/ze thinks they can get away with. Incarceration is highly probable at this point.
