NYPD Officers from the 7Pct went to make an illegal U-Turn onto a Bike Lane and bumped a old man which through him face first onto the ground..these officers were negligent and was supposed to write up an incident report whether or not there was an injury..these Officers response to what I told them about hitting the old man was disrespectful and pure disregard to what they did…#NYPD
