When a vehicle is pulled over is mostly because of a moving violation in which the driver is only required to produce ID to summon the driver for whatever moving violation the driver allegedly did…however, the passenger reserves the Right to deny the officer his request for ID, because the passenger is just that, the passenger….Because this guy exercised his Right, he was pulled out the car, thrown to the floor, then assaulted on the floor, got his hair pulled, and then got assaulted again on the vehicle they had him up against…This is how officers from the #NYPD act outside the eye of the public media mainstream….Copwatchers & citizens who record all police interactions hold the true evidence of what really goes on within the NYPD.
