A victim of Domestic Violence who was physically assaulted, recieving larcerations to the neck was arrested for defending herself against her attacker…Also after that assault, the woman threw her out with all her property sitting in the ground floor at the entrance to her building leaving her helpless…NYPD Officers from PSA4 arrived and arrested the girl who assaulted her, 30 minutes thereafter, the officers approached the victim and arrested her for defending herself against her attacker which is a blow to all victims of Domestic Violence, and to top it off, both officers left her property unattended inside the entrance to a NYCHA Project, anyone could of just robbed her property, but I would of not allowed that to happen to her….
