Instagram Page @lawenforcement__ is confirming that NYPD Officers are basically not doing their jobs…standing down on felony crimes and arriving at 911 calls late, or for that matter not arriving at the scene at all and calling in a 90Z when in fact as you see in this video that the perp was right in Thier face , not that they arrived and the perp was gone…Officers have been calling in a 90Z in the majority of their calls in the past 2 weeks and CPU has been tracking down all this and will be blasting all videoes at a later time….
