even the cop at the end said "im right there with ya, same thing." it shouldnt be the same thing. and he shouldnt be "right there with ya" because hes not right there (off duty) with him. hes on duty which means if he's personally irritated and pissed off that doesn't matter he has to be professional. this is why we see cops act childish and do stuff like record back or take pictures back.

How is to say this man just had anuff of the police hurasment. Just maybe this man was just like you or me. But one day long ago a police officer violated this man's rights. And he just got the beat treat ment from the police. And the Insanity just kicked in cuz he couldn't handle it no longer.just saying we don't know the hole story. We see police getting away with a lot of bad stuff. He doesn't deserve miss treatment. He needs help.and the police are not trained for it.
So this is a good example supporting the argument of replacing more cops with mental health professionals. They could already see he didn't have a gun but some cops still had their guns out until they saw the cameras pointing at them…they are violence prone.
So he has no money which means no arrest.
