They aren't trying to do a proper background check bc no one is making them do one. I suspect they are piling charges on via similar names on purpose so they can backpedal under the guise of "honest mistake" when a defense attorney gets involved. The racking up charges with similar names happened with a friend even though it was obvious that the similar name was a different person….they didn't budge on mistaken charges until defense attorney got involved. It's "gray area" tyranny.
They do this BS to THOUSANDS of innocent citizens each day. It’s how they maintain the existence of their jobs.
