We are not attorneys or scholars, however we have been involved in professional photography for over 30 years and have had our rights and freedoms challenged more times than we can remember. No one group or person has the ability to effect change across the board, however we are committed to doing our part by continuing to stand up for our constitutional right to free press and the right to take photographs and video in public. All donations will be used exclusively to further this cause.   8. All said and done, we have to give our fellow citizens the opportunity to save face and fix their mistakes. The "bootlicker" lost his mind a bit, and there is no way to justify it, but there is no need to, he apologized and realized his initial mistake. We don't have to accept the wrong but we do have to accept each other if someone earnestly owns their mistake and takes positive action to fix it. Kudos to him for dialing it back and becoming a reasonable person again!

  15. There was a TV ad running in the UK a few years back. It showed a first instance of a guy in a store just looking. All of a sudden, he goes darting out of the store and down the street. The ad cuts to black. To all it looked like the guy had stolen something from said store and run away. They then show instance 2. As the guy runs down the street he runs at and pushes a civilian out of the way, just as a barrage of loose bricks rain down from the scaffolding on a building and come crashing down where the civilian was standing! The guy had seen the danger from the store and saved the person's life! The moral is plain in this so I won't recite it.

  16. They are doing a first amendment audit. As long as those officers uphold and obey the law then they are in the clear. He doesn’t look to make cops look bad, he looks to expose tyrant cops. Even if the cops did wrong as long as they are willing to admit fault and correct themselves at the same time protecting people’s rights even if they did or did not commit a crime.

  17. Does he shout at news reporters at scenes for 'not being there' when the incident took place? Very weird argument.
