The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating Missing Person Joseph McKellar. Mr. McKellar was last seen at his residence ( 32XX Baring Street) on Monday, March 8, 2021, at approximately 8:00 am.
Mr. McKellar is 64 years old, 5’9″, 1845 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair; he was last seen wearing a navy-blue jacket and navy-blue jeans.
